Most camera installs we inherit from other contractors have the same problem: cameras placed where they were easy to mount, not where they actually see what matters. Driveway approach, package drop zone, blind-side fence line, vehicle entry. We walk the property before quoting and place cameras around what you want to see, then let conduit follow.
AI detection lets us run lean. Instead of 20 cameras recording 24/7, you get 8 well-placed cameras that send notifications only when there's a person, vehicle, or package — and replay is fast because there's less noise to scrub through.
Storage stays local on a UniFi NVR you own. We size capacity for your retention requirement (typically 30–90 days) and configure off-site backup if you want it. No vendor cloud, no monthly fee to view your own footage, no service that can disappear or be hacked.
